Thank you very much for the trusting and reliable collaboration over the past years. We greatly appreciate your support and would like to provide maximum transparency during this transition phase.
MisterGreen has sold its leasing activities in the Netherlands to Rebel Lease B.V., an experienced and financially stable Dutch leasing company with extensive expertise in mobility and leasing, including electric vehicles. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. You will receive further information at that time. Below you will already find additional details.

1. Will my open invoices and liabilities be paid in full?
– Yes. All due and outstanding invoices will be fully and timely settled. Please continue sending your invoices to MisterGreen until we provide any updated instructions.
2. What happens to ongoing contracts, deliveries, or services?
– The transfer to Rebel Lease B.V. concerns customer leasing contracts. After finalizing the transaction with Rebel Lease B.V., supplier contracts will remain with MisterGreen and will be fully executed or terminated in accordance with the applicable notice period. Expiring contracts will not be renewed.
3. Will Rebel Lease B.V. take over my contracts or liabilities?
– Rebel Lease B.V. will take over the management of leasing contracts and related operational aspects. Supplier liabilities remain with MisterGreen and will be fully fulfilled.
4. Are there any risks for me as a supplier (e.g., payment defaults or delays)?
– No. Everything will be paid, and all obligations will be met. There is no insolvency.
5. Who should I contact for questions about invoices, payments, or contracts?
– Your familiar contacts at MisterGreen remain available for now (e.g., support@mistergreen.nl or your direct contacts). We prioritize all inquiries and reach out proactively if necessary. Updated contact details will be provided after the transition if needed.
6. What’s next for MisterGreen?
– The MisterGreen team will continue to support you with all questions, particularly regarding open invoices, payments, contracts, and related matters. We cannot provide more details about strategic plans at this stage.
