JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Collector, you are an essential part of our finance team and ensure a smooth debtor management process. You'll work with colleagues from different departments to ensure that customers pay on time and that financial risks are managed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop yourself within a growing organization with a sustainable mission.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the debtor portfolio and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Drafting and sending payment reminders.
  • Maintaining telephone and written contact with customers about payments and any payment arrears.
  • Handing over files and maintaining contact with our debt collection lawyers.
  • Identifying payment risks and proactively thinking about solutions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to efficiently resolve disputes and outstanding invoices.
  • Supporting the improvement of debtor management processes and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A completed MBO or HBO education in a financial or administrative direction.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar financial function.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Accurate and structured work with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with financial systems and Excel is an advantage.
  • Affinity with sustainability and electric mobility is a plus.

Onze missie: De transitie naar duurzame mobiliteit versnellen door transparante en innovatieve leasecontracten voor zelfrijdende elektrische voertuigen aan te bieden.
